This family has a number of cars -  the Landcruiser TD Auto and the XR8 Ute are the main the cars.  There is also a commodore and a 1927 Oldsmobile tourer.  As well as these there are several unrestored cars, or rather several cars in various states of disrepair, restoration and decay !

Here's a couple of the "gems" we have around the place, there's more stuff in the shed, and a couple of sad looking holdens as well.

Al's obsession with Oldsmobiles began purely because of his interest in vintage cars - more precisely with his desire to restore a 1920's model car with wooden spoked wheels.  He just happened to buy an oldsmobile as his first vintage car and has not looked back since.  We have several but only one is fully restored...others are about the place...either recognisable as cars or just in bits....I'd tell you how many chassis there are but I've lost count !

Ransom E Olds began the Olds Motor Vehicle Company in 1897, in 1901 the Olds company created their first production line as the popularity of the "horseless carriage" grew.  Olds' hopes in his company's future increased as his "curved dash" began to feature in many magazine articles.  The curved dash soon became the most popular car in the US.
